What You Can Expect

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.  A comfortable, quiet setting provides a therapeutic space to do our work.  In our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and give voice to the concerns that bring you to counselling.  From there, we’ll go deeper and begin to explore possible root causes of distress, then moving toward changes that will allow you to again thrive in greater ways.
